Privacy policy

Mini Paws is designed to be played without creating an account. The app itself does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information.

Data collection

The current version does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technologies, account registration, or real-money in-app purchases. Game settings and progress remain locally on the player’s device and are not sent to Jeffrey Pearce.

Support correspondence

If a player voluntarily emails Jeffrey Pearce, the message and reply address are used only to review and respond to the request. The Mini Paws app itself does not collect support messages.

Data retention and deletion

Jeffrey Pearce does not receive or retain Mini Paws player data on a server. The best score, audio preferences, earned-dollar balance, and apple and blueberry inventory remain on the player’s device until the app’s local data is reset or the app is deleted. iOS may retain a random, non-personal Keychain value used only to verify local score integrity; it is not linked to a player and is never transmitted. Because Mini Paws has no accounts or server-held player data, there is no remote account or personal data record to request for deletion. The recipient inbox may retain a support email and reply address only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation. To request deletion of a support message, email jz28@icloud.com with the subject “Deletion request” and include enough detail to identify the earlier message.

Consent and control

Mini Paws does not collect personal information, use tracking, or request consent for analytics or advertising. There is therefore no data-collection consent to withdraw in the current version. Sending a support email is voluntary and authorizes the message and reply address to be used only to address that request. A person can withdraw that permission, stop further contact, or request deletion by emailing the support address. If a future release changes these practices, the app will provide any required notice, permission, and consent controls before collection begins, and this policy will be updated first.

Children’s privacy

Mini Paws does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players. If the app’s features change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before that version is released.

Apple services

Apple may process purchase, download, crash, or diagnostic information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Jeffrey Pearce does not receive personal data from the app itself in the current release.
